I attempted to download an app on my Mac, but it will not allow me to log into my account and verify it. The 'continue' button turns gray even if my email and password is accepted. Location services is not the issue.
There are no replies.
I am unable to get past 'continue' when I attempt to verify my Apple ID in the app store.
