Where is the "removable storage volume" control located?

I upgraded to 15.1.1 not long ago.

I was trying to burn a new CD I just bought and I keep getting a warning:

'The file "name of CD" could not be converted. Access to the source volume was denied. Check the System settings for removable volume access.'

So I've checked all through the settings and done numerous searches. Does anyone know where this control panel is in 15.1.1 and how I turn access on so I can copy this CD?
