Changing password of child’s account doesn’t work

My child became 14 years old and change password link has been disappeared from account & password page under family link when I am using iPhone.

also it has been said that password has been changed by using recovery email account in web browser. It is still saying that password is incorrect when I try to sign Childs account in MacBook.
