I tried putting my sim card into my Iphone Xr and it searches then stops and say "SOS only". I'm on the latest IOS version ( 18.1.1) And I have tried to network reset and turn airplane mode On and Off which has done nothing. The back is cracked but the wifi works perfectly and everything works as it should

In network it shows "Iphone not allowed" when my Iphone Xr is unlocked
