Motherboard and Track pad faulty within 1 year 3 months
Macbook Air 1, purchased it past year 2023 in the month of august. The issue started in the first week of Nov. 2024 i raised my concern with the costumer care and they made me reinstall the software. Still the problem of restarting of device after shutting it down continued. After that customer care asked me to submit the device in authorised service centre by paying 2600 INR they returned my device saying no issue found. However the problem continued now, now after again submitted the device they said its motherboard and track pad problem. I asked the customer service why it took them more than 12 days to found the problem they said as i have not taken Apple care + protection hence the delay. My decision is out of warranty what should i do. Please help i feel cheated and at loss
