MAJOR iOS 18 CarPlay Issue

Since updating my iPhone 14 Pro to iOS 18, my iPhone has not been working correctly as far as Apple CarPlay. Every time I get a message or try to talk to Siri or any microphone feature at all, my music turns into an older 2000s fuzzy radio sound, as if the antenna isn’t corrected positioned. Sometimes I can trick it into working properly without unplugging by opening the Amazon app and closing it since it’s not compatible with Bluetooth speakers of sorts. It’s so frustrating to have to unplug and plug my phone in over and over. Does anyone have a solution for this?
