Partial Solution: Album missing from older device synching with iTunes

Partial Solution -- Album missing from older device after synching with iTunes:

My iPad Pro 10.5" inch would not synch the imported album "To Live & Die in L.A." It did synch with my iPhone 10 XR and now with my iPhone 15.

The problem was the ampersand "&" in the album title. This is known as an encoding issue in software circles.

To solve this (1) select all album songs in iTunes; (2) Edit, Song Info... (Ctrl+I); (3) change the & to "and" or something.
