Can't enable Apple Music on Alexa due to geographical restrictions

Apple Music Skills for Alexa says that am not eligible to enable this skill due to geographical restriction!! my account is German so what are the not covered regions knowing that I pay my subscription for both Amazon Prime and Apple music, why can't I get this service!!
