Problem with Iphone conecting on Itunes (Windows 10) after IOS update

I backed up my iPhone to my iTunes on Windows 10. After that, I updated my iPhone to iOS 18.1.1 and when I went to recover the backup, the iPhone no longer connects to the computer. I connect it via USB and the phone charges, but it doesn't appear in my iTunes. I've already reinstalled and formatted my phone, but nothing works. My photos are in this backup and I can't recover anything because the phone no longer connects. This iOS 18 has only brought me problems, even my keyboard types by itself sometimes.
