Previously I used iTunes to get music to my phone but iTunes now only seems to look after Podcasts and Audio books

Itunes/finder is still used to sync music Use iTunes to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support
How can I get music stored on my PC to my Iphone. iTunes no longer does it and Apple Music doesn't link to a phone
