Play count update from Apple Music to Itunes.

I am using AppleMusic on Android and Itunes on PC. I created a smart playlist in Itunes: Plays < 2. I then open the playlist in the AppleMusic and press play. After playing some songs, I noticed that the plays in Itunes are not updated. Is this an issue or am I doing something wrong?

Itunes Version 12.13.4.4

AppleMusic Version 4.9.3 (1422)

Windows 11

From what I've seen in some reddit posts, the play count sync between iTunes and the Android app can either suffer from long delays or just not work at all for periods of time. You probably aren't doing anything wrong it may update eventually.
