Copy Playlist to an USB
I am trying to copy files from my iPod IOS 6.1.6 to an USB to listen in Audiopipe. Also when I tried to convert songs to mp3, the file convertd menu is Grey out.

You cannot copy files from an iPod to anywhere. You also cannot convert a song that is located on an iPod.
If the songs are listed in your iTunes Library as they should in theory be (note, that's in iTunes, not on the iPod being looked at through iTunes) then you can copy them from the computer to a memory stick using Windows Explorer.
iTunes manages your iPod (as well as your music library), so the listing in iTunes should assist you in locating the source files. You can use iTunes to convert the copy of a song that is located on your computer, providing it is not a protected file.
