Continuity Camera works only when connecting with cable

Yesterday my M4 Mac Mini arrived and I am trying to set it up to use the ecosystem smoothly with my iPhone. I am trying to setup Continuity Camera in order to use my iPhone 12 as a Webcam following all the instructions and watching a couple of videos online and it does not work. It works only when I connect the iPhone with cable with the Mac Mini but I have to do this every time. I tried restarting the devices too and it did not work.

Any advice/solutions?
