Apple Music in Volkswagen We Connect Plus app

I checked with Volkswagan support, but they didn’t have any solution for me. I would like to know if I can use Apple music from VW We Connect Plus subscription also on my iPhone. Or I need to pay extra subscription for Apple Music to use it also on my iPhone.
