Intermittent monitor lighting and brightness jumps on MacBook screen

When I change the screen brightness to an intermediate level, the light from above slowly comes in and goes out with a gap, and the brightness also jumps very sharply at about 40-50%.

what can i do about this issue?

External monitor flickering with new MacbookPro M4 Hi there, I just got my new macbook pro m4 and connected it to my 2 external monitors. After a while, the screens start to flicker and you can see horizontal and vertical stripes (more visible in the corners of the display). This has never happened with my old macbook pro (2020, 13'', Intel Iris Plus Graphics). The macbook is connected with an adapter (usb-c to 2x display port) to the 2 external monitors (EIZO, EV2335W). The flickering starts about half hour after I plug in the adapter, while the first half hour works just fine. It seems that this also appears when I open "dark" windows or dark elements on the screen. The flickering and the stripes stay on the screen even if I unplug the macbook and e.g. connect my old laptop. It takes about 1 or 2 hours until the screen turns to "normal". Anyone has an idea of what that could be and how I can solve this issue? (I really don't want to change the 2 monitors after buying a new macbook!) I, of course, tried several settings (like changing color profile, frequency, refresh rate, etc.) but nothing helped. Thanks for your help!

MacBook Pro 2017 - Screen flickering after few hours of work Hi guys, I'm wondering how to solve my display flickering problem: Here is the problem: After MacBook start, everything goes well. Few hours of work (CPU temperature around 50-60°C) and display flickering shows on. Closing lid or shut down computer helps (temperature of problematic component falls down little bit), but after a while flickering starts again. Software problem was excluded, also problem with GPU (external monitor doesn't flickering). SMC and PRAM cleared, doesn't help.
