Issues Accessing Apple Music Across Devices with different OS
I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Apple Music subscription and managing my accounts. Here’s the issue:
- I have an active Apple Music subscription on my Samsung S24, connected to email1.
- I cannot access my Apple Music subscription on my Mac because my Mac is signed in with a different Apple ID linked to email2.
- I tried to create an Apple ID for email1, but the process always gets stuck at the Privacy and Policy page, where the Continue button doesn’t work.
- After the several tries I stuck in two-factor authentication page for email1, I receive the error: “Verification codes cannot be sent to this phone number at this time. Please try again later.”
What I need help with:
- Either creating an Apple ID for email1 and linking it to my Apple Music subscription.
- OR transferring my Apple Music subscription from email1 to my existing Apple ID for email2.
If I'll create the Apple id to my email1, I need the instruction how to delete apple id for my email2.
Please let me know how to resolve this so I can access Apple Music seamlessly across all my devices.
