Apple Music app not working on LG TV

I am new at this so please bear with me if I I appear to ramble on a bit but just getting frustrated

I have tried many times to get my Apple Music app to work on my TV (It did function perfectly before)

Have tried the updated app provided by APPLE, no luck, updated by TV software even though it was the latest, powered down my unit and still no luck when back on line.

Has any body got any ideas because it seems that APPLE is not taking any notice of this failure or is not aware of the impact
