Unable to sync computer to iTunes
I am trying to send playlists from my computer to my iphone itunes. Phone icon appears but nothing else happens.

Click the device icon at the top:
Then on Music on the side panel.
Then on the Sync button once you have selected what to sync.
Once it starts the Sync progress bar should appear at the top of the iTunes window.
