Potential virus transfer from laptop to iPhone 14 via iTunes

Ok so i had some kind of threat on my laptob which was called an PUA:Win32/softcnapp and after following an tutorial i got it off my laptob but i dont know if it just made it so that windows cant detect it any more or if it truly got removed and being hasty as i am i did an dfu reset over itunes per that laptob to restart my phone cuz i forgot the code so now im wondering if the virus can download malicious stuff on my iphone 14 over itunes
