Potential virus transfer from laptop to iPhone 14 via iTunes

Ok so i had some kind of threat on my laptob which was called an PUA:Win32/softcnapp and after following an tutorial i got it off my laptob but i dont know if it just made it so that windows cant detect it any more or if it truly got removed and being hasty as i am i did an dfu reset over itunes per that laptob to restart my phone cuz i forgot the code so now im wondering if the virus can download malicious stuff on my iphone 14 over itunes

There are no known viruses that can infect your iPhone at all, let alone through iTunes. You should be OK

Thanks man just been oaranoid cuz ive been getting like scammer sms(only two over the last two days) and theres this weird satelite symbol on the top right of my screen

Ok thanks thought that meant that sms where going from my phone to another number without my knowledge but i thinck i just misread some stuff
