Unable to switch between Playlist on Apple Music once Car moves

After a new update, it seems that I can’t switch to any playlist or anything as soon as the car is even inching forward and I’m locked into what I’m listening to. Siri won’t even allow me to play my music when I try to do it hands-free. All this will do is encourage people to get on their phones is there a way to have turn back to the way it used to be?
