iCloud Keychain password syncing issue on Windows

icloud syncing passwords and bookmarks and drive, but can not turn off or on passwords. Arrow grayed out, but green dot showing and says syncing. Says to “turn on iCloud Keychain on your Apple device”. Keychain is turned on already on iPhone and iPad and I assume watch because they all work. Already tried logging out uninstalling and reinstalling app. Any other suggestions? I even got the password share to work.

iCloud Keychain not sync in windows icloud keychain is not syncing with iCloud password on windows(Chrome). Meaning changes made in one does not get updated on another. I have tried uninstalling the extension and reinstalling it, but nothing changed.

Password & Keychain option missing in iCloud settings I was following Set up iCloud Keychain document to enable iCloud keychain but the option is not showing for me. Safari tells me to enable iCloud keychain: No option for Password & Keychain: Any ideas what would be the problem? I tried to find online but couldn't find anything for this.
