Customer Ringtone cannot be selected in settings although it appears

Hi Folks,

I cannot select the ringtone from settings after I edited from garage band. I have reduced the size to less than 30 seconds too. What could be the reason for this. My other phone does not have this issue its a 15 Pro and this issue comes for my new phone 16. Can anyone help?
