Importing Google calendars into iCalendar on iCloud

I am trying to import five distinct calendars that I exported from Google calendar into iCalendar. After completing the import, I'd like to share the calendars with several people via iCloud who would have rights to create, edit, or delete calendar entries.

I have looked at Support docs and it appears I need a Mac to be able to accomplish this. While I have an iPhone, iPad and Apple watch, I am still using a PC for our home computer. My hope is that I would be able to import the .ics files into Calendar on iCloud to accomplish this task. Is it possible? Thanks in advance.
