Apple Music Syncing Troubles

I am able to see and listen to Apple Music on my iPad however I cannot do so on my iPhone. I tried deleting it and reinstalling however that only made the problem worse. I just want to listen to Whip My Hair by WILLOW vro. T-T So pleaseeeeee help me!!!
