Unable to find my AirPods Pro case on Find My

My AirPod Pros 2 case isn’t showing on find my, like the option to find it isn’t there. Also whenever my AirPod case hasn’t moved in awhile it starts ringing and the option to turn of the case sounds is disabled so it’s always on.
