Tap Settings > Wi-Fi

Is the setting "grayed out"?

Tap Settings > Bluetooth

Is the setting "grayed out"?

If yes to both questions, the chip that controls Wi-Fi and Bluetooth service has failed and the phone will need to be serviced at the Apple Store or an authorized Apple service shop.
