Airpods Max are constantly disconnecting (Real Solution)

Airpods Max are constantly disconnecting, whether its while lifting an ear cup to listen to someone or simply using them around the neck as personal speakers . Resetting them generally works but is cumbersome. Disabling Head Detection seems to do nothing and this issue can be irritating.

The solution? Take a Post-It note, cut the sticky part and cut it in half. Stick each halves to the sensor windows below the cushions to fully block them from seeing the light of day (or your ears).

That is it! Now, the Airpods will always think the headset is on your head and won't disconnect.
