I have purchased an album in apple music.It will not show in library or allow me to download or add songs to playlist
I have tried logging out and back in.
It is showing as purchased in my apple account.

It's been hidden. To unhide go to the iTunes Store, scroll up to the bottom and sign in/view your Apple ID and look for Hidden Purchases.
