AirPods Pro bluetooth and auto ear detection issues

I'm connected inBluetoothOK as I can hear music. Tried to initiate Hearing test and says Unable to Connect..... they are connected!

Also, when Auto Ear Detection is on I keep getting messages to Place AirPods in Ears..... they are!

Very frustrating. Just got these today.

I figured it out. I wasn't putting them in correctly so it wasn't detecting they were there properly.
