My magsafe wallet is lost and find my app didn’t show it

The phone with magsafe wallet was stolen with phone and finally we got phone but the magsafe didn’t attached on. I find it on my find my app and while going there it got lost as we have been informed. We don’t know why. What would have happened? I cannot locate or see it on my icloud app as on my items anymore. Did it crashed on the road or did they throw it somewhere so it is broken. How can I bring it back to find my app using my phone? Or my icloud? maybe it was deleted accidentally while trying to find it.
