Syncing photos from computer gallery to iPhone

So since iTunes has been removed I cannot seem to find a way to add my photos from my gallery on my computer onto my iphone or icloud photos. Is there an alternative way to do this now? As you can see the difference here, you can see I want to change this.

When we had iTunes this was all so easy with syncing all new photos, removing other photos etc but now thats gone I don't know what to do

Any help or solutions would be appreciated and to do anything free is best for me also.
