I'm connecting my iPad 10th gen to my windows 10 with USB-C cable but the iTunes application doesn't recognize my ipad and so I can't do anything.
Recently updated iPad to iPad os 18 and my windows 10 is freshly installed and uptodate.
I neither have this problem on my windows 11 nor befor iPados update.

Have you installed the newer apps from Apple: Apple Music, Apple TV and Apple Devices? If so, they take over most of the functions previously provided by iTunes. You will use Apple Devices to sync your devices now. Or uninstall those apps which will restore iTunes back to its original functionality.

but Apple devices didn't suit my needs.
I find the solution with updating my windows while the iPad is connected to PC with USB cable.
A new update for iPad driver showed up and after installing that iTunes worked properly.
