Why am I being charged more than my Apple Music plan?

I recently switched over my individual apple music plan to a student plan, it shows me that it costs 59 rupees in settings however, I got an email today stating that I will be charged 99 rupees(the price for the individual plan) on the billing date instead of the 59 I should be charged.

This would be my first month of billing after switching over because i did so last month, but I did cancel my individual subscription and selected the student plan.
