Access photos in icloud

The screensaver on my PC randomly shows old photos but I don’t know how to access the file where they are stored. Can anybody help?

How can I delete the pictures stored on the On My Mac section of my photo library on my iPhone? I have deleted all the photos in my Mac library and on my iPhone library, but the phone will still show me old photos on the Library. When I go to Albums, the top shown section, My Albums, shows clear, but I scroll down a bit, and under the People & Places section, I see the From My Mac section, with a bunch of old pictures in folders named Camera Roll, iCloud Photos, and another 2, with 7K + photos from ages ago. How can I remove them all?

I can't delete photos "From my mac" on my iphone It's been ongoing for almost 3 years. Can't find a way to get rid of them They are in the folder "from my Mac" on my iPhone, and they aren't anywhere on my mac. My iCloud sync is off for Photos I have no idea where they are stored. It it is related to iTunes , it's impossible to download it anywhere (either iPhone or Mac) it just doesn't exist anymore or isn't supported in Korea
