Update iOS 17 to 18 via iTunes on iPhone

Trying to Update iPhone 11 from iOS 17 to 18 through iTunes, but iTunes says the device has the latest version. The device itself is showing 18 is available. Help! I don’t want to update OTA since it requires so much free drive space to make it happen.

I don't know the fix on this, but you're not alone. iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 17.7.2 and my iTunes 12.13.4.4 tells me my phone is also up to date as well.

I see most people do it OTA, but it’s nonsense. They should allow updates for people with limited drive spaces available.
