can i recycle beats headphones purchased from apple?

i have a pair of Beats headphones from 2019 that are slightly broken (piece of the headphones itself snapped off, it can technically be repaired but i have since purchased the airpods max and no longer need the beats). is it possible to recycle the headphones through apple's recycling program? online i see that apple products can be recycled, but given that beats is technically "not" an apple item but is rather owned by apple, i just wanted to double check!

Yes, just bring them in to an Apple Store, and they'll take your headphones off your hands for recycling. Or you can request a box to mail it in:

Apple Trade In - Apple

Apple accepts all kinds of third-party devices and electronics, including Android phones, and Beats headphones are serviced by Apple. So there's no reason they wouldn't accept Beats headphones.
