How can I fix playlist visibility issues on Apple Music?

first of all why can't I see the playlists in music on my MAC? It really shouldn't be that difficult!!! I wish I had gone in a different direction with my music, Apple just makes it harder and harder with every update.

Issue #2 after IOS 18 update my artwork on many of my songs is the picture of one of the podcasts I listen to. The artwork is correct on my MAC and I synced my phone with my MAC (after a ton of frustration, because Apple can't make it easy) but it didn't fix the issue.
