Missing Numbers Spreadsheets on iPhone 13 Pro after iOS 18.2 update

I’m on an iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 18.2

I can no longer see or find any of my Numbers spreadsheets that were saved to ‘my phone’.

I still have access to a number of older spreadsheets (2014-2017) that were saved to the iCloud, but nothing beyond that. I stopped using the iCloud to store these files since I’m generally operating in areas without any internet connectivity.

I think this has happened since updating to the latest iOS software?

I cannot find the files using the spotlight search or the Files app.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
