Weird Lines Occuring in Notes App when drawing with Apple Pencil

Hi all,

I am using iPad Pro M4 and Apple Pencil Pro. When I am drawing and writing in Notes app with Apple Pencil, some weird blue dashed lines are occuring under these words or drawing. This is very annoying and I couldnt find a way to turn it off this future. Even apple support couldnt help me on how to turn this off. Can someone please help me on how to turn it off. I am also attaching a screenshot of this weird lines.
