Cloning a Micro SD card

I recently purchased a retro handheld gaming console from an online marketplace. The console works great, but the Micro SD, that houses the OS for the device along with thousands of preloaded games, is extremely poor quality and in danger of crashing after prolonged use. I would like to make an IDENTICAL clone of the device’s China-brand micro SD card but on a nicer more capable SD card like a Samsung evo.

So my question is how would I go about making an EXACT clone of a micro SD card?
