Static in Left AirPod Pro

Hi there! I am getting static in my left AirPod Pro only. I have tried the troubleshooting tips including resetting to factory mode, pairing/unpairing, cleaning, and trying different devices. If I adjust the AirPod in my ear, the static will disappear briefly. But the minute I move my head at all, cough, laugh, etc., it comes back. No difference between noise canceling mode and transparent mode with regards to the static.

One other side note: When I attempted to do an Ear Tip Fit Test, the static went away when the music started playing at the beginning of the test, but then almost immediately the music stopped, the static came back, and I got an error message reading, "Unable to Complete Ear Tip Fit Test. Make sure to find a quiet location and remain still during ear time fit test." I'm in a nearly silent office sitting still.
