Some of my Apple Music songs say "Item not available in your country or region"

I recently bought a new Macbook Air as well as a new iPhone 16 pro max. When I tried to sync my music between the macbook and the iPhone some of the songs are grayed out and say Item Not currently available in your region or country. I also have an ipad air and those same songs are NOT grayed out on the iPad. These songs were previously synched to my old iPhone. Any help would be appreciated. Some of the grayed out songs are purchases from iTunes and some are old vinyl records that I recored into my old MacBook Pro.
