How can I sort addresses by letter in Numbers?
In numbers, I would like to sort my addresses by the letter, not by the street number. How do I go about doing that?

In another column put a formula that strips off the number, leaving the street name. Sort on that col
For addresses in column A that have a comma after the street name like these examples:
123 Main St, Anytown, CA 99999
Nonumber Road, Coldplace, MN 11111
345 North-South Avenue, Key West, FL 12345-6789
The formula in the other column could be =REGEX.EXTRACT(A,"((?<= )|^)[a-zA-z \-]+")
Alternatively, split the addresses into their various parts as you enter them. Use separate columns for the number, street name, city, state, and zip code. This way you can sort on whatever you want or on multiple columns (city then street then number for example)
