Apple Airpods 3 Popup and firmware update problem

Hi!

Two days ago I bought Apple Airpods 3. Earlier this week I had the same Airpods from my brother and they worked just fine. The problem with my airpods is that when I open the case it won't pop up and show me the battery status. Second Problem is the firmware update. It is stuck on 4B66 version and can't be updated to the newest version of the firmware. I tried many things but nothing proved to be helpful. As I mentioned before I used my brothers airpods and they worked just fine, and when he takes my airpods on his phone they are also working without any problems. He has iphone 14 plus and I have iphone 13..
