How do I restore AirPods Pro 2nd Gen modes/features?

Hello,

I have the AirPods Pro 2nd gen. since the new update iam unable to deactivate noice cancelling or transparency mode. I had 4 options before the update those were transparency, off, adaptive and noice cancelling. I used these AirPods off most of the time. Do you know how I get those four options back ?
