AirPods keep disconnecting despite troubleshooting

Hello, my AirPods keep disconnecting while listening to music, YouTube or anything audio related. I have disconnected the AirPods and reconnected them many times, I have done a factory reset many times. I turned on/off my phone many times. I have turned off auto ear detection as well. I have gone to every forum looking for an answer done every suggestion, and still keeps disconnecting.
