Yes. You can use a plug adapter and do not need a voltage converter.
The Apple power adapter will run on 100-240 Volts and 50/60 Hz, so all you need is the wall plug adapter.
Actually, you likely won't even need a wall plug adapter since Antiqua uses Type A and B wall sockets.
Where are you traveling from?
If traveling from the US or Canada, Antigua uses the same two- and three-conductor plugs as the US, though at higher voltage.
The US and Canadian Apple iPhone chargers will plug in and will work without requiring a socket adapter or voltage conversion.
From other countries? It varies.
