When I connect my iPad to iTunes on my laptop Every time I open my iTunes on my laptop to sync it it automatically backups there’s no options to stop the auto backup if there is an option where is and iTunes keeps putting the same songs like 20 times on my iPhone and iPad it even puts playlist like 10 times I’ve had this issue for over 10 years on every computer I’ve used how can this get fixed

Settings > {Your Apple Account} > iCloud > iCloud Backup > Back Up This iPad > On.
If iCloud backup is not enabled then iTunes will attempt to backup the device to the computer during the first sync on any given calendar day.
