How can I recover lost Apple Music playlists?
So, I had submitted a request pertaining to my Music subscription however, in order to process it required checking the box to “cancel” subscription.. albeit knowing this would give me a full (5) days to rectify and not actually allow it to end… which was CLEARLY reinforced by stating (on the screen) something like “your App..Mus..sub will continue until.. but end on Jan. 15, 2025 “.
The above occurred 1/9/25; lost access to all personal favs/ albums/ lists on 1/11/25; currently only 1/12/25 (1/13 @3:59am) to be exact, and 3 days should be remain’g on plan. Enraged to find all created & downloaded playlists were now poof!, does anyone have any suggestions on possible reasons for this? There are actually still (2) of the most recent and longest playlists still visible on thumbnails but w/ no content listed! ..only “+Song” which I equate to the unrequested nor desired U2 album disgustingly placed on my private phone (via manufacturer) few yrs back, ..and no access now.
