AirPods not pairing with iPhone despite successful Bluetooth connection

My Iphone can catch the airpod’s bluetooth sign but when I press the button at the back of the airpod case, the color of the airpod don’t change into white. Although, there are no sign

At first, I opened my airpod and it illustrated that I could connected with the airpod. But then, when it told me to pressed a button at the back of the airpod, I pressed it but nothing was happened. The color of the small light on the airpod didn’t turn into white, it still showed green color like normal. So I couldn’t connect the airpod with my iPhone. I was already charged it into 100%. I was connected successful before, but when my airpod get a low battery, I thought it broked so I decided to disconnected and deleted it from my phone then I tried to reconnected but I couldn’t
